These Terms govern your use of tntdivalution.com and the programs, communities, events, and services offered by Divalution, LLC (“TNT Divalution,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, submitting a form, or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms.

Our offerings include the BYOB membership, the 25K Club mastermind, live experiences such as Bold2Sold, and the Diva Done For You service. Program contents, schedules, pricing, and availability may change. Memberships hosted on third-party platforms (such as Skool) are also subject to those platforms’ terms.

Subscription programs (such as BYOB at $99/month and the 25K Club at $397/month) bill on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel future renewals at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. This includes memberships, masterminds, live experiences, and digital products, and it includes partial or prorated refunds for time you did not use. You keep access for the billing period you have already paid for. Diva Done For You engagements are governed by the specific agreement you sign at enrollment.

We teach business, branding, and sales strategies. We do not guarantee income, revenue, or results of any kind. Any examples of results — including our own or our clients’ — are illustrations of what is possible, not promises. Your results depend on your effort, experience, market, and many factors outside our control.

Our content and coaching are for educational purposes and are not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. Consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.

You are responsible for what you post in our communities. Be respectful; we may remove content or members that harm the community. You keep ownership of what you create; by posting testimonials or feedback you give us permission to share them in our marketing with your name and likeness unless you tell us otherwise.

The site, our course materials, trademarks (including TNT Divalution, BYOB, and Bold2Sold), frameworks, and content are our property. You may use them for your own learning; you may not resell, republish, or share them without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divalution, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
